No, you don’t have to create an account to shop with us. You can place your order as a guest. But if you do create an account, you’ll be able to access your order history and checkout faster next time. Your choice! 😊

2. How do I create an account at WheelsFun?
It’s super easy! Just click the account icon in the top right corner of the page and fill out a short form. It only takes a moment.

3. I forgot my password – what now?
No worries – it happens to all of us! Just click "Forgot password?" on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions we’ll send you.

4. How can I edit my account details?
After logging into your account, you can change your personal information, such as your address or password, at any time. If anything doesn’t work – reach out to us, we’re happy to help.

5. Can I view my order history?
Yes! In your account, you’ll find a list of all your orders – current and past. It’s especially helpful if you want to reorder or check your shipping status.

1. What are WheelsFun covers and what are they for?
Our covers are more than just wheel protection – they’re a way to express yourself, add style to your wheelchair, and bring joy to everyday life. And yes, they’re practical too – they protect your wheels from dirt and scratches.

2. What are the covers made of?
Our covers are made of durable, lightweight material. Each piece is printed to order and carefully coated to ensure it stays beautiful for as long as possible.

3. Are the covers weather-resistant?
Yes – our covers hold up great against rain, dust, and everyday use. They’re not afraid of long walks in the rain or strong sunlight. 😉

4. Do the covers have your logo on them?
Yes, each cover has a small, subtle WheelsFun logo. We place it discreetly so it doesn’t interfere with the design – but it lets you know you’re getting an original.

5. Can I buy the covers as a gift?
Absolutely – our covers often make wonderful, thoughtful gifts! 🎁
We don’t offer gift packaging, though – all orders are packed in the same neat, safe way, with no pricing included inside.

6. Can I order just one cover (for one wheel)?
In some individual cases – yes (for example, if one cover gets damaged). Just message us and we’ll arrange a custom order just for you.

7. Can I order two different designs in one set (one for each wheel)?
That’s not possible in our standard offer – sets include two identical covers. But if you’d like two different ones, we’ll treat it as a custom order. Just contact us and we’ll explain how it works.

8. How do I choose the right cover size?
Choosing the right size is key to making sure your covers fit well!
Here’s how:

🛒 ORDER

1. How do I place an order?
Choose your favorite design and size, add it to the cart, enter your shipping details, select your payment method, and you're all set! The process is quick and easy.

2. Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, yes – just contact us as soon as possible. Once production starts, changes are no longer possible.

3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only if we haven’t started production yet. Write to us as soon as you can – we’ll check the status for you.

4. I didn’t receive an order confirmation – what should I do?
Sometimes the confirmation email lands in spam or other folders. If you can’t find it – just message us and we’ll make sure your order was placed correctly.

5. How long does it take to process an order?
All our covers are made to order. The entire process – from production to delivery – takes up to 10 business days. Often it's faster! 💪

6. Can I order more than one design in a set?
No – each set includes two covers with the same design. If you want two different designs, we’ll treat it as a custom order and gladly help you place it.


🎨 CUSTOM COVERS

1. Can I order covers with my own design?
Yes! You can send us your own artwork or simply describe your idea – we’ll take care of the rest and create something unique just for you.

2. What’s the process for ordering custom covers?
Once you place your order, our designer will prepare up to three design options for you to choose from. You pick your favorite – and we start production!

3. How much do custom covers cost?
Custom covers are more expensive than our standard designs – this is due to the individual design process, graphic work, and the fact that it’s made just for you. It’s a one-of-a-kind product you won’t find anywhere else.

4. Can I see the design before production?
Yes – we always send up to three preview versions for you to review and approve before we produce anything.

5. Can I request changes to the design?
Of course! You can make up to two changes to the project – we want the final version to be exactly what you had in mind.

6. Can I return a custom cover?
Unfortunately, no – custom covers are made exclusively for you and cannot be returned. But if you have any doubts, just contact us before ordering – we’re always happy to help!

7. Can I include a name or dedication on the design?
Yes! We can add a name, initials, or a short message – just let us know what you’d like 😊


🚚 SHIPPING

1. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to almost anywhere in the world! 🌍 Whether you’re in Germany, Australia, or the USA – we’ll probably get to you too.
If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, send us a message – we’ll be happy to check for you.

2. How much is shipping?
Shipping is included in the product price.

👉 IMPORTANT! If you live outside the European Union – for example, in the UK, Canada, USA, or Australia – your country may charge customs duties or import taxes (like VAT or GST).
These fees are imposed by your local customs office and are completely separate from our pricing – the customer is responsible for paying them upon delivery.

We recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing your order to avoid surprises.

3. How long does delivery take?
The whole process – from production to delivery – takes up to 10 business days.

Why so long? Because each cover is made specifically for you, only after your order is placed. We don’t have a warehouse of ready-made products – everything is made to order.

Here’s what happens: 🔹 we print your selected design,
🔹 hand-shape and form the covers,
🔹 after shaping, they need to rest briefly to keep their perfect form,
🔹 then they go through quality control and are carefully packed and shipped.

💡 That way, you’re getting a freshly made, high-quality product – not something that’s been sitting on a shelf for months.

4. Can I track my shipment?
Since we ship worldwide with different carriers, we don’t have one universal tracking system.

If you’d like to check on your shipment – just contact us. We’ll gladly look it up for you and let you know where your package is. We’re here to help! 💌

5. Will I need to pay customs or import tax?
In countries outside the EU (like the UK, USA, or Canada), local customs offices may charge additional duties or taxes.

👉 IMPORTANT! These are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are not included in our product price. The customer is responsible for paying them upon delivery.

To avoid unexpected fees, we strongly recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.

6. What should I do if my package is delayed?
Delays are rare, but if it’s been more than 10 business days and your package hasn’t arrived – contact us. We’ll get in touch with the courier and find out what’s going on.

7. Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
If your package hasn’t shipped yet – yes! Let us know as soon as possible and we’ll update your shipping details.


🔁 RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

1. Can I return my order?
Yes – you have 14 days from receiving your package to let us know if you’d like to return it. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

2. What’s the return process?
Just email us and we’ll explain how to prepare the return package and where to send it. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Who pays for return shipping?
The customer covers return shipping. For countries outside the EU (like the USA or Canada), this can be expensive – so we always recommend contacting us before ordering if you’re unsure.

4. Can I exchange the covers for a different size or design?
Yes – but the process works like a standard return. You send us the original product and place a new order. We’re happy to help you choose the right size before you re-order.

5. What if the covers are damaged or faulty?
It’s very rare, but if that happens – take some photos and message us. We’ll find the best solution for you. Your satisfaction is our priority.

6. Can I return custom covers?
Unfortunately not – custom covers are made just for you and can’t be returned. But if anything’s wrong, let us know – we’re always on your side.
