We proceed to the order after the payment have been booked on our bank account. In case of traditional bank transfers, this may take longer.

Our goods are sent within the time specified in the products sheets (working days with the exclusion of non-working days). Packages are delivered by delivery companies – delivery time depends on the carrier, kind of package and delivery address. Usually it takes up 7 working days.
