Withdrawal from the Agreement

If you are the Consumer, as a general rule, you have the right to withdraw from the Agreement concluded remotely.
You may withdraw from the Agreement, by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement, for example by sending an email to: shop@wheelsfun.com
The returned goods should be immediately send to: ul. Chorzowska 11, 26-600 Radom, Poland  however, no later than 14 days from the day you the Agreement has been withdrawn. 

 

You may withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days.

The 14 day withdrawal form the Agreement period starts:

  • for the Agreement in which we hand over the item, being obliged to transfer the ownership – from the moment of taking possession of items by you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier.

  • for digital content – from the date of the Agreement conclusion.

To comply with the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry.

Payments made by you, including delivery costs, on the principles mention in terms and conditions shall be returned immediately, however, no later than 14 days from the moment of receiving a withdrawal from the Agreement from you.

We may withhold the payment return till the moment we receive the returned item or receive confirmation of its sending, depending which happens earlier.

Remember that the right to withdraw from the Agreement concluded remotely does not apply to the Consumer, inter alia in relation to the agreement:

  • in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer’s specification, or to satisfy his individual needs.

  • in which  the subject of the service is an item which breaks down quickly or has a short shelf-time.

  • in which the subject of the service is an item in a sealed package, which cannot be returned, after being open, due to health or hygienic reasons, if the package has been opened after being delivered.

  • in which subject of the service is sound or visual recording or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package has been opened after being delivered.

  • for digital content delivery, which are not saved on a permanent carrier, if the performance of the service started with the explicit consent of the Consumer before the expiry deadline to withdraw from the agreement and after informing him by the entrepreneur about hiss loss of the right to withdraw from the agreement.

Complaints

In case the purchased item happens to be faulty, you have the right to file a complaint based on warranty. Complaint should be email: shop@wheelsfun.com or send by post to: ul. Chorzowska 11, 26-600 Radom, Poland.

If you are not the Consumer, we are only responsible towards you up to the amount of your order, within a year of delivery. The following provisions apply to the Consumers.

Complained item should be send back to: ul. Chorzowska 11, 26-600 Radom, Poland.

Due to defects of the item you may demand:

  • exchange for an item free from defects 

  • removal of the defect 

or file a statement to:

  • reduce the price

  • withdraw from the Agreement – in case of significant defect.

As a rule you may file a complaint within a year from the moment you have noticed the defect, but the time to file a complaint cannot end before the Seller’s responsibility period. 

Consideration of the complaint (response to it) shall happen within 14 days for the date of receiving your the complaint by us.
